Aged Care

At Armenian Community Welfare Centre, we offer a range of aged care services for frail aged people. 

Currently, we offer three main aged care  services, including Social Support Group, Social Support Individual, Centre Based Respite and Domestic Assistance. To find out more about each of these services click on the links.

We assist with referrals to My Aged Care and support you with the application and assessment processes conducted by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). This registration is crucial in order for clients to receive further care and support. 

If we are not able to accommodate your needs, we assist you by referring you to other organisations and services that are best suited to you.
